Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This privacy policy explains how Reze Technologies Ltd. ("REZE", "we", "our" or "us") collects, uses and stores personal information in connection with reze.io (the "Website") and the services we offer (the "Services"). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your right to a remedy or other means of enforcement.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal information is Reze Technologies Ltd., David Hamelech 107, 4660908 Herzliya, Israel. You can reach us at contact@reze.io.
2. What we collect and why
2.1 When you visit the Website
The Website is a single information page. It has no user accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not set cookies (see our cookie notice). Fonts are served from our own host, not from third parties.
When you open the Website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data that every browser sends: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the Website, keep it secure and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps these logs only for a short period.
2.2 When you contact us
If you write to us, for example to join the Founding Network, we process your name, email address, company and whatever else you include in your message. We use it to answer you and, where you ask for it, to take steps toward a business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.3 When you use the REZE platform
If you later use the REZE platform, we process the information needed to provide it to you under the agreement you conclude with us. Further information is provided to platform users when they sign up.
2.4 Marketing
We send marketing emails only where the law allows it, for example with your consent or to existing business contacts about similar services. You can opt out at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to contact@reze.io.
2.5 Security and legal obligations
We may use information to detect and prevent fraud and other illegal activity, to fix errors, to comply with applicable law and requests from competent authorities, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
2.6 De-identified information
We may anonymise or de-identify information and use it to analyse and improve our Services. Information that can no longer identify you is not personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.), email and office tools (Google Workspace) and CRM providers.
- Affiliated companies of REZE, for the purposes described in this policy.
- Authorities, courts and advisers where required by law or needed to protect the rights, safety and security of REZE, our users and the public.
- A buyer or investor if we sell, transfer or merge all or part of our business, or consider doing so, subject to confidentiality.
- Anyone else with your consent.
4. International transfers
REZE is based in Israel. The European Commission has recognised Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on an adequacy decision, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, to keep an accurate record of our dealings with you, or because we reasonably expect a legal claim.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be compromised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests and any direct marketing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting processing before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@reze.io. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
8. Children
Our Services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Third-party websites
The Website may link to websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will make that clear on the Website.
11. Contact
For any question or complaint about this policy or how we handle your information, write to contact@reze.io or Reze Technologies Ltd., David Hamelech 107, 4660908 Herzliya, Israel.
